Finally took a break from my 7 day work week. It has been a crazy month, sometimes I wonder if I'm overloading myself. Then again, I love the feeling of pushing myself to the limits.

..it's also today that I'd resumed my running routine. The first day always marks the standard for improvement. No doubt the results were way below where I'd left off but well above my initial expectations. 'Pushing myself to the limits' is one of the few principles I live by, in which today's case is of no exception (though it's a sabbathic day). And by pushing myself to the limit is where you truly understand where you stand.

I was expecting to kick start some sort of a health therapy that I'd formulated. It's still in the hypothetical stage, but I'm working on it. The theory is 'sweat detoxification'. It's probably all over the web and a teaching passed on from generations and generations to come, but it's something I've yet to figure it myself. Day one has been fulfilling, indeed it has made known to me where my standards are and reflects quite a bit on my current life.

My ears were popping, the kind of feeling when u blow when u pinch ur nose and mouth : goes to show how much I've been blasting the volume of my earpiece.
My eyes were seeing flashes of light : the non-stop amount of time I stared at the sceen.
My flabby arms : Not training for 2 months
My thighs were constricting faster than ever : Not training for 2 months
My back was aching : think it's the bed.

Through this self assessment, the following have been included in my to-do list:
Routine exercise (aerobic and muscular training)
Drink 3L of water everyday
Try to sleep before 12mn :P

Rest is impt, but it's only sweeter when the day's work is done.
