Sometimes I wished you'd help me win my bet with God.

Sometimes I wished I wasn't in the friend-zone you'd created,

Sometimes I wished you'd not treat me like how I treat the Others.

Sometimes I wished I'd the courage to take you hand,

Sometimes I wished you'd be here with me instead of with that other guy.

Sometimes I wished you and I could be together

But You and I were never meant for each other.
